1. Constraints in the four English focused Skills among students.
4. INTRODUCTION :
1. The English Language Carnival is a programme planned by the English Language Panel. This is in line with the aim of the School Administrative Committee and the teachers of the English Language to give exposure and encouragement to the pupils in the English Language usage and to enrich their knowledge and experience.
2. The English Language Panel also aims at preparing pupils to be bold and outstanding individuals and to be analytical and critical thinkers. Hence, the execution of this programme is to generate ability and the mind of the pupils of SK Pusat Bukit Besar.
3. It aims to help young learners especially for Level 1 students as well as level 2 pupils find their strength to learn and communicate in English and in the mean time having fun while doing it.
OBJECTIVES :
1.To enhance the skills and mastery in the English Language amongst the Level 1 pupils.
2.To assess pupil's ability holistically in their classroom assessment using Project Based Learning (PBL) in a way to find fresh talents in various fields like public relations and communicative language and as well as to go globally.

EXECUTION OF ACTIVITIES :
1.The activities are to assess pupil's holistic achievement
2.The Youth Brigade will assist the pupils
3.The neighbouring pupils will be given tokens of appreciation if they are able to answer HOTS questions .
4.Certificates will be provided to the guests
4.The activities are prepared and oversees by the respective teachers-in-charge.
CLOSURE
By conducting the English Language Carnival, it is our hope that it will create awareness of the importance of the English Language among the pupils and also create the interest towards the language. Thus, they will be motivated to strive to improve themselves in the English Language.
